As an active member of the HBAA - an association which is committed to maintaining standardisation and best working practices between booking agencies

and the venues which they book on behalf of their clients - you can be sure that you are dealing with an organisation committed to standards, professionalism

and meetings excellence, adhering to a strict Code of Conduct.  

 

The HBAA has been in existence for 10 years and has as its members 65 of the top UK booking agencies and over 120 of the major independent and hotel

groups operating in the UK and overseas. The HBAA Members are jointly responsible for some £1.4 billion of corporate bookings every year. 

 

Right Venues is keen to recognise the impact the meetings and events industry has on the environment. We feel the integrity with which we work and the core

values we maintain will make a difference. 

 

We are committed to minimising both our industry’s and our own company’s impact on the environment. Through membership of the HBAA  we want to

promote and support environmental awareness and industry wide strategies through suppliers, agents and corporate clients. The objective is to encourage

sustainable meetings, minimise consumption of raw materials and promote and increase the recycling of those materials used.
