  4. Telephone calls and any e-mail correspondence with Right Venues may be monitored or recorded. By undertaking such methods of contact, the client accepts this.
  5. Complaints concerning a Conference venue should be made first to the venue. If the venue fails to rectify the problems to the client's satisfaction, Right venues should be contacted immediately; appropriate action will then be taken.
  6. Rightvenues.com endeavours to achieve the best rates for the client on the day.
  7. Rightvenues.com follows a strict privacy policy and therefore will not distribute information provided by the client to any third party, unless instructed to do so.
  8. Rightvenues.com accepts no responsibility for any wear, tear or renovation at venues, over which right Venues has no control, or about which Right Venues has not been informed.
  9. Right Venues reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the client to check back regularly to ensure awareness of the latest information available.
